Neon Spun Sugar

Here is another spun sugar design.  This time I was inspired by all the neon polishes I am seeing.  Love them all.  I debated whether to use black or white as the base color.  White would make the color pop more but I love the look of neons over black.  Here we have OPI Onyx as a base color.  It is topped with thin fibers of Color Club Jackie Oh, Mrs. Robinson, Twiggie and China Glaze SunWorshipper.

Loved the outcome of this.  It does take time but the effect is really cool.  Tomorrow I am heading back home to reality.  I will miss Cape Cod but I miss my lightbox and my desktop computer.  A few pics from the vacation..........

This was our rental on Martha's Vineyard.  Sooooo cute!!!

These are the gorgeous cliffs on Martha's Vineyard.

This was our view at lunch.  Bee-u-ti-ful!!!!
